Fat grafting. Known as Marionette lines or what I call ‘miserable mouth’- these are the lines that run straight downward from the corners of the mouth to the chin. Fat grafting, using your own fat, can safely fill these deep folds and grooves. Results last up to three years and you will see immediate results from £2500.
DIY Fix
To put on a happy face, use clever make up to disguise the creases. First apply foundation and then use a highlighting pencil – try Benefit’s Highbrow Highlighter, £16.50 – to draw three short lines, like cat’s whiskers – either side of your nose then blend in.
